The boundaries of the South Broadway Englewood Business Improvement District (BID) encompasses businesses and commercial properties located along South Broadway from Yale to US 285.  In 2006, businesses and commercial property owners approved the collection of a special assessment within the BID district.  This assessment will be used to implement the BID operating plan, which involves marketing and enhanced public safety within the District.

In accordance with State Statutes, the Englewood City Council appointed a Board of Directors for the Business Improvement District.
